Is the price in my quote the final price?
For the work listed in the quote, yes. If you ask for changes or extras after the quote, those are charged separately.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days. If material prices change before you accept, we tell you.
Do you charge for the site visit?
No. Jordan visits for free, measures up and sends an itemised quote within 7 days.
Can I supply my own bathroom suite?
Yes. If you have already chosen your suite we will fit it. If you would rather we order it, we can do that too and itemise it in the quote.
How do I pay?
Payment is in three stages: 40% to start, 30% part way through and 30% on completion. You never pay for work that has not been done.
What guarantee do you give?
All our work comes with a 2-year written workmanship guarantee as standard. You can extend it to 5 years with an optional subscription of £20 a month.
How long does a bathroom take?
Most full bathroom renovations are finished in 7 working days. Over 90% of our installations finish on time because all materials are sourced before we start.
